How to work with sticky dough
The dough will be much easier to handle! 👏🏼
Chilling the dough also prevents it from spreading out too much while being baked - nobody likes a flat biscotti! To prevent further sticking, I also like to lightly wet my hands before forming the dough into rectangles. You can also flour or grease your hands before working with your dough, but I prefer not to add any unnecessary grease or flour to my finished product.
