Want perfect pie crust? Use a food processor to easily and quickly blend all of your ingredients. Your butter should be cold and you should only pulse the food processor a few times. You want flecks of butter to remain in your mixture. The water should also be ice cold. Add a few tablespoons of ice water at a time, pulsing in between each addition. Test the mixture by pressing in between your fingers. When it easily comes together, Your pie crust is completed and ready to chill. Perfect every time.
