Every kit is labeled by grade band, from grades 1–12 up to grades 6–12 for the harder pastries. The difficulty flexes across the age range: the video tutorial walks younger students through at their own pace, and older students can run the project independently. It's a practical fit for multi-age, multi-grade households.

None at all. Ingredients come pre-measured, the recipe card walks through every step, and a QR code opens a full video tutorial. A first-time baker and a seasoned one can both work the same kit.
