Program Updates
CrumbleCrate reserves the right to update its Affiliate Program, commission structure, promotional offers, payment schedule, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Affiliate Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is reviewed individually.
Promotional Guidelines
Approved affiliates may promote CrumbleCrate using approved marketing materials, affiliate links, banners, images, videos, and coupon codes.
Affiliates may not:
- Promote unauthorized coupon codes.
- Share misleading pricing or promotional claims.
- Submit affiliate links to coupon or deal websites without written approval.
- Bid on CrumbleCrate branded keywords in paid advertising without prior written permission.
- Use spam, deceptive marketing, or fraudulent promotional practices.
Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on successfully tracked qualifying purchases. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid orders are not eligible for commission.
Payments

Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. CrumbleCrate reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotional practices.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately remove all CrumbleCrate branding, affiliate links, logos, and promotional materials from their websites and social media channels.
